Research

I am part of a project investigating the phasing out of established practices when new evidence-based practices are introduced. More specifically, I will investigate what happens to older working practices when Housing First (HF) and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) are introduced. I am particularly interested in how different actors relate to and explain their attitudes to both material and immaterial circumstances in change processes in social work.

I have a BSc in social work and have a BA in social anthropology and a master's degree in cognitive science. I have previously worked for a number of years as a school counsellor in municipal primary schools.

Teaching

I have taught several different semesters on the social work programme at both basic and advanced levels. Among other things, I have worked on the courses SOPA55, Work-based education, theory and practice, SOPB63, Independent work (degree project), etc. Most of all, I have supervised and examined the courses SOPM21, Professional social work and SOPA61, The organisation of social work.
