Bienestar sin crecimiento

Welfare without Growth

Author

  • Max Koch

Summary, in English

This article examines the role of welfare and social policies within broader eco-social transformations in a post-growth context by applying
the concepts of sustainable welfare and ‘safe and just operating space’. It also provides an empirical analysis of the popularity of ecosocial policies designed to steer the economy and society towards this space: maximum and basic incomes, taxes on wealth and food, as well as a reduction in working time.
